What I did: I washed cars for service (free service wash for customers), cleaned cars for sales (when people buy cars), maintained detail area, supervised other detailers, kept track of time tickets, made schedules, did building maintenance, shuttled people when needed, delivered cars/relocate to different stores, assisted in parts department. What I liked: I liked the flexibility of hours when we were staffed right, the overall atmosphere, friendly coworkers, building relationship with them. I also liked the work and seeing a car go from dirty to clean, seeing the customers happy when the car is all cleaned up–the work is different every day. The main thing I liked is we were not micromanaged!! Future Dream Job: Honestly, I don’t really have a dream job, I just want a well-paying job that I look forward to going every day. I am quite open to anything.
