Ski Trip to Austria
n 56 boys from Years 4, 5 and 6 went with seven members of staff to Wagrain, Austria for a wonderful ski trip during the first week of the Easter holidays. With spectacular weather for the first five days and good snow, all the boys in the five different groups had excellent opportunities to stretch and challenge themselves. Huge progress was made. In the evenings the boys had lots of fun activities to enjoy including a Tyrolean evening (with blowing an Alpine horn, dancing and bell ringing), two trips to the water park, a quiz, movie night and a sports hall evening. The food and the hostel were perfect for our group and we can’t wait to start organising next year’s return trip. Huge thanks to all the staff for their tireless efforts in making it such a success and also to Mr Wickstead for organising it all.
