To the Convener of the One Hundred Fortieth-Twentieth Session of the Northwest Texas Annual Conference Bishop Adam Jefferson Richardson, Jr. and Dr. Connie Speights Richardson, Episcopal Supervisor, Presiding Elder Juan N. Tolliver and Lady Debbie Tolliver, Host Pastor, Clergy, Lay, Clergy Spouses, WMS/YPD, all other Component Organizations, Delegates and Guests:
On behalf of the entire Paul Quinn District, please know that we are prayerfully excited regarding the opportunity to host each of you as our special anointed guest and family of the Paul Quinn District. As we worship, share our annual reports, and fellowship together, we look forward to participating in and witnessing the innumerable manifestations of the power and presence of the Holy Ghost. First Lady Phyllis and I are claiming victories in all that is said and done, during this One Hundred Fortieth-Twentieth Session of the Northwest Texas Annual Conference.
