The 12 townhome sales were 1 lower month-over- month and unchanged year-over-year. The sales-to-listings ratio rose to 30%, as Burnaby South’s townhome market continued to favour sellers. The benchmark price in April was $780,000, 1.5% higher month-over-month and year-over-year. The average sold price was $779,500 (relatively unchanged fromMarch) with an average PSF sales price of $524 (down 17% vs March).
