The sales-to-listings ratio slightly decreased to 23% as Coquitlam’s townhome market remained in sell- er’s market territory. The townhome benchmark price in April was $675,800, 0.6% belowMarch but 2% higher vs April 2019. The average sold price was $822,406, with an aver- age PSF sales price of $475 (1.1% higher but 1.7% lower, respectively, vs March).
