The number of townhome listings in the Fraser Valley board area decreased to 937 in April, 6% below last month and 32% lower than last year. At 200, townhome sales were down 48% vs March and 47% below last year. The sales-to-listings ratio, at 21%, remained favour- able to sellers. The benchmark price in April was $553,200, 0.7% above last month and 1.4% higher vs last year. The average sold price, at $587,211, was 2% lower between March and April while the average PSF sales price was relatively unchanged (at $370).
