At 150, condo sales were 55% lower month-over- month and 60% below April 2019. Falling to 11%, the board area’s condo sales-to-list- ings ratio reflected buyer’s market conditions. The condo benchmark price in April was $424,100, relatively unchanged fromMarch and 0.8% higher vs April 2019. The average sold price was $389,569 (1.4% below March), while the average PSF sales price was $455 (3% belowMarch).
