The number of condo listings in Langley, at 350, increased 1.4% month-over-month and rose 11% vs last year. April’s condo sales, at 32, were 54% below last month and 61% lower vs this time last year. The sales-to-listings ratio declined to 9% in April, as Langley’s condo segment transitioned to buyer’s market territory. The condo benchmark price in April was $425,500, unchanged fromMarch and 1.4% above April 2019. The average sold price was $378,381 (a 1.8% decline fromMarch) with an average PSF sales price of $485 (5% above March).
