The sales-to-listings ratio decreased to 9%, as North Vancouver’s townhome market became favourable to buyers. April’s benchmark price was $986,100, increasing 2% fromMarch and 4% above April of last year. The average sold price was $931,238 (9% below March) while the average PSF sales price was $674 (a 1.2% decrease fromMarch).
