The number of townhome listings in Richmond decreased to 266 in April, 12% below the previous month and a 41% decrease vs April 2019. The 38 townhome sales in April were 30 below March and 4 lower year-over-year. The townhome sales-to-listings ratio decreased to 14%, as Richmond’s townhome market transitioned to balanced market territory. The benchmark price for townhomes in April was $802,300, 0.9% above March and 3% higher than in April 2019. The average sold price was $829,216 (1.0% below March) with an average PSF sales price of $584 (3% above March).
