The sales-to-listings ratio for townhome product in Surrey decreased to 20% in April, reflecting bal- anced market conditions. The benchmark price in April was $576,900, increasing 0.9% month-over-month and 1.6% above April of last year. The average sold price was $601,646 (4% lower than March), while the average PSF sales price was $388 (0.8% belowMarch).
