The sales-to-listings ratio in April decreased to 8% as Vancouver West’s detached segment transitioned to buyer’s market territory. At $2.98M, the benchmark price for detached homes was 1.1% above March and 0.9% higher vs April 2019. The average sold price of $3.37Mwas 0.8% above March and 8% higher vs April 2019.
