The 6 condo sales in April were 4 lower than last month and 2 below last year. The sales-to-listings ratio decreased to 6% in April, as West Vancouver’s condo market continued to favour buyers. The condo benchmark price was $995,200 in April, 3% belowMarch and 7% lower year-over-year. The average sold price was $1.01M and the average PSF sales price was $937 (up 4% and 8%, respective- ly, vs March).
