Our goal as a Company is to continue earning their trust by holding fast to our core values and living them in all we do. Our Code of Ethics and Business Conduct (Code) helps us get there. Our Code is an expression of who we are as a Company and the values ingrained in us. It’s also our daily guide to working with integrity, following policies, and upholding the laws and regulations relevant to our work. We know our business can get complicated. When the answers aren’t clear, the Code can help us choose the right path and find the right resources, guiding us to the most appropriate solution. It’s our job to read the Code carefully and make sure we understand it. If anything concerns you or looks like a violation, it’s also your job to speak up. That’s how we preserve our Company’s legacy – by going “All In” with integrity and standing up for what’s right.
