U MADAOP Akron proudly presents the Distinguished Gents program, a youth mentoring initiative dedicated to shaping young men into influential figures within their environments, communities, and schools. Held every Tuesday throughout the school year, these sessions serve as a cornerstone for instilling essential values and fostering personal growth among participants. The core focus of the Distinguished Gents program revolves around cultivating a range of character traits that are fundamental to personal development and leadership. From fostering a positive attitude and promoting respect to emphasizing integrity, honesty, gratefulness, compassion, responsibility, self-control, courage, and perseverance, each trait is carefully integrated into lessons to nurture well-rounded individuals.
