MATT BRAMUCHI Martial Arts Chief Instructor, Drumline, and Ultimate Frisbee Coach

Matt Bramuchi is a native of Madison, MS and has been with MRA for 7 years. In addition to teaching and serving as the chair of the Science Department, he is the chief instructor for martial arts at MRA, as well as head coach of the school’s Drumline and Ultimate Frisbee teams. Matt has been training and teaching martial arts for over 25 years. He holds black belts in taekwondo, judo, and jujitsu. In his time as the chief instructor of MRA martial arts, his students have successfully trained, competed, and won at the regional and state level. MRA martial arts currently holds several regional and state titles in various styles and divisions.

As an avid drummer himself, Matt leads the drumline into its second year. After a successful first season, the drumline has doubled in size and continues to impress in performances at various athletic and school events. This year will also mark the first time that MRA will have the opportunity to participate in the drumline portion of the MSAIS spirit competition. Matt has also been playing and coaching ultimate Frisbee for over 25 years. In his six years at the helm of MRA’s team, his teams have established a dominant presence in the state of Mississippi, including 5 state championships and an undefeated mark in the 2016-2017 campaign.
