STAGE1: Turbidity Filter A Matrix of Uniform Polypropylene Fibers makes up the particulate reduction cartridge with high efficiency. This prevents media migration and ensures consistent quality filtration performance. Add in the inter-layer bonding which eliminates contaminant uploading and channeling. The outer chamber is 304 SS with swing bolts, dual O-Ring sealing, pressure relief / drain valve and designed with an open ended outside / in flow. STAGE 2: Force Field TM Filter Pleated cartridge with high LRV (log reduction value) against Bacteria, Viruses and Cyrptosporidium. The outer chamber is 304 SS with swing bolts, dual ORing sealing, pressure relief / drain valve and designed with an open ended outside / in flow. STAGE 3: Triple Clear186k UV High Dosage Ultraviolet The Triple Clear-186K UV System has been Tested and Validated per UVDGM by an Independent 3rd Party Organization Flow & UV System Dose for 4 Log Reduction of Bacteria, Virus, Cysts and Adenovirus per USEPA UV Disinfection Guideline Manual (EPA 815-R-06-007 November, 2006 UVDGM) The Triple Clear 186K UV generates an Ultraviolet Dose of over 186 mJ/cm2 @ 254nm wave length for maximum LRV against Bacteria, Viruses (including Adenovirus*) and Cyrptosporidium Cysts. This dosage provides >4 LRV of microbial disinfection strength to breakdown even the most UV resistant organisms. This is done by using Validated UV High Output, low pressure Amalgam Lamps, which have a 12,000 hr life. UV dose registers on a NIST calibrated UV sensor The Multi-Barrier System Triple Clear Force Field™ Filter and the Triple Clear-186K UV have been evaluated and performance tested using live microorganisms for challenge testing, including cryptosporidium and adenovirus by an independent 3rd party test organization at the USEPA Test and Evaluation Facility in Cincinnati, Ohio.
