AV Capabilities AV is included at no additional charge. AV capabilities include a 90" flatscreen TV which is HDMI compatible with your PC* and a wireless microphone.
*If you have a Mac, please note that you are required to bring your own connection cord.
This option is suitable if the only event needs are the space and AV equipment without any Food or Beverage. Outside Food or Beverage, besides personal water bottles, are NOT permitted in the PDRs. OPTION 2 — Rental with Food or Beverage
There is a 10-person minimum for Food and Beverage Packages. The below rates are a Food and Beverage Minimum for Meal Periods, not necessarily start times. If your Food and Beverage does not meet the minimum for the rental of the space, the difference will be reflected as a Room Rental Fee. This option is suitable if you need the space and AV equipment with Food and Beverage for your event. Outside Food or Beverage, besides personal water bottles, are NOT permitted in the PDRs.
