OPTION 2 — Rental with Food or Beverage
There is a 10-person minimum for Food and Beverage Packages. The below rates are a Food and Beverage Minimum for Meal Periods, not necessarily start times. If your Food and Beverage does not meet the minimum for the rental of the space, the difference will be reflected as a Room Rental Fee. This option is suitable if you need the space and AV equipment with Food and Beverage for your event. Outside Food or Beverage, besides personal water bottles, are NOT permitted in the PDRs.
