With lodging at the Wingate Hotel in Downtown Lima and meals included, the program equips participants with essential knowledge and resources to address issues related to impaired driving and substance abuse. Additionally, UMADAOP Lima offers the Domestic Violence Batterers Intervention, a 26-week cognitive- behavioral program designed to help perpetrators understand and address the underlying issues behind their harmful behavior. Participants engage in sessions focused on managing anger, addressing violence, and developing coping skills to promote healthy interactions and prevent further harm. This program targets adult males and females identified by the criminal justice system, Children Services Board of Allen County, social service organizations, and walk-ins seeking support.
