Which is more clear?
u On the 18 th of April while on duty at the Casino it was revealed that six individuals deployed an auditory mechanism enabling communications between confederates in an illicit effort to defraud the operation.
u On April 18, 2016 at 7:35 p.m., I was notified by security officer Homer that 6 players in the poker room were suspected of cheating. According to surveillance officer John Doe, three of the six individuals were seated at positions 3, 4, and 6 at table 16 while three others were positioned at tables 15, 17, and 18 occupying positions from which it was possible to view the hands of players at table 16. All six concealed cell phones, using blue tooth devices to communicate with each other.

The Investigative Report: Impartiality
u Just the facts… u Bias in an investigative report is not a good thing u Decision-makers rely most heavily on these reports in determining whether or not to take action u If it appears that the investigator has biased the report to direct a particular outcome, credibility becomes an issue. u Watch out for adjectives and adverbs– these may lend an appearance of bias even where none is intended.
