The Future of Minorities in Iraq and their Sources of Threat * Faris Hassan Al-Mahdawi - فارس حسن المهداوي ملخص: تبحــث الدراســة إشــكالية اســتمرار الصــراع السياســي وظهــور مشــكلة التنظيمــات الإرهابيـة في العـراق، وتغلغـل الممارسـات العنصريـة في بنيـة المجتمـع، وتصاعـد التدخـات الإقليميـة والدوليـة، ممـا دفـع إلـى بـروز مشـكلة هجـرة الأقليـات الدينيـة والعرقيـة مـن العـراق. وتـرى الدراسـة أن تداعيـات هـذه العوامـل والدوافـع سـتلقي بظلله ـا على التركيب ـة الديمغرافي ـة للب ـاد في الأع ـوام العشـر المقبل ـة، واختف ـاء ظاهـرة التنـوع الإثنـي التـي تميـز بهـا العـراق منـذ أقـدم العصـور. مستقبل، الأقليات، العراق، الهوية الفرعية، الهوية الوطنية. كلمات مفتاحية: Abstract: This study examines the problem of continuous political conflict , the emergence of terrorist organisations in Iraq , the infiltration of discriminatory practices into the society’s structure and the escalation of regional and international interventions , which led to the migration of religious and ethnic minorities from Iraq. The study argues that these factors and motives will affect the demographic composition of the country for the next ten years and eliminate the ethnic diversity that has distinguished it since ancient times.
