The dock will serve as both a starting point and a stop site for recreational boaters heading towards the Jessup’s Falls Conservation Area further downstream, and help add to the village’s summer tourism economy. The United Counties of Prescott-Russell has provided the township with $4000 to assist with promoting its river recreation attractions. The South Nation Conservation Authority has also offered help with tree planting for riverside landscape enhancement and habitat protection.

A new gazebo for Chesser Park is the first step towards recreational enhancement of the neighbourhood park in Plantagenet. “We want to promote The Nation River and Chesser Park,” said Ken St-Denis, parks and recreation director for Alfred-Plantagenet Township. The small neighbourhood park already provides heritage value to the village with its proximity to old Chesser Cemetery site, which dates to Plantagenet’s pioneer origins. Chesser Park also serves as a park-and- ride site for PR Transpo service when it is operating. The new gazebo addition, St-Denis noted, will enhance the park’s appearance as “the

Mais là, on pouvait avoir des céréales (Rice Krispies). Les années plus tard, la Mère n’est pas là. Je n’ai pas le choix de me faire cuire un œuf. Dans l’assiette, je regarde mon œuf. La pensée m’est venue d’avoir vu dans un livre, une image montrant comment la planète est faite. Là, je commençai à recevoir des rêves de l’univers. À un moment, je vu toutes les étoiles existantes; là, je vie un vide, de là - je reçu l’image d’un œuf qui a existé dans notre espace. Cette image m’a re fl é- tée qu’au commencement, l’univers a formé un œuf, là où l’on vie. Question, est-ce que cet Être Suprême va venir cueillir les restes de son œuf.
