Hallmark of Caring 2025: A Fresh Way to Celebrate Our Team Big things are coming for the 2025 Hallmark of Caring! This year, we’re introducing a new format designed to keep the focus right where it belongs: on the incredible people who make our communities shine every day. Instead of gathering off-site, each campus will host its own on-campus recognition ceremony. Residents and staff will be invited to honor the team members who have been selected as this year’s Hallmark of Caring honorees. It’s a chance to celebrate the heart of our mission right where the work happens. Each campus will also coordinate a special meal for all employees and honorees, making the day festive and meaningful. Corporate leadership will attend to join the celebration and express their gratitude in person. Stay tuned for more details. Voting deadlines for your community will be announced soon. We are excited to see how each campus brings this new tradition to life!

Honorees will receive some new awards in recognition of their achievements, a $100 Visa Gift Card and a one-time gift of an additional PTO day that can be used when they choose!
