Set a newer agent to as-earned, or update comp for a veteran agent to your agency max.
Hereʼs how:
➔ Go to the Performance tab and select ʻChange downlines tierʼ ➔ Choose the compensation tier for agent(s) and reason for downgrade or upgrade. ➔ Click ʻSend requestʼ to send it to Ethos and your agency upline for approval.
