For example, there could be different interpretations regarding the primary panel for information. “They’re just not laid out very clear by the government. I would strongly recommend if anyone is redesigning a new box, you have the government approve what that function is and also make sure the design is reviewed by some of the stores.” He said there have been instances where the printed text on the carton becomes out of date between the time it was printed and when it reaches the store and suggested that package designers designate a small area on the car- ton for labels or stickers that can be easily switched out.
