Retained Interest Pilakowski Angus will retain a one-third revenue sharing interest in all bulls. Buyer will have full possession and 100% of salvage value down the road. If you would like different terms please discuss with Mike prior to the sale. First Year Breeding guarantee (Breeding season is defined as the 90-day period following the first turnout of bulls) All bulls selling for $3,000 or more will be given 100% of the value of the injured bull, minus $2,000, IN A FUTURE SALE OR TOWARD A REPLACEMENT BULL, IF ONE IS AVAILABLE. All injured bulls must be diagnosed by a VETERINARIAN. Please notify us as soon as possible should an injury occur, and prior to the injured bull being sold for salvage. ALL CLAIMS MUST BE MADE BY SEPTEMBER 1. Free Delivery on bulls up to 500 miles of Arthur, NE. Bulls picked up within 5 days after the sale will qualify for $100 discount.
