Mary Shelley, Human Resources Director, provided an overview of recent updates to the Emergency Duty Policy and the associated Emergency Duty Pay (ePay) structure, clarifying key changes and ensuring staff are informed about their roles and compensation during emergency activations. Patrick Fuller, Director of Emergency Management, also addressed the crews, offering insights and practical guidance on hurricane preparedness, emphasizing proactive planning and safety measures essential for effective storm response.
