The reconstruction of Gillot Boulevard at the Blitman Waterway was aimed at restoring the roadway to its pre-Hurricane Ian (2022) condition. This project addressed several areas of damage, including repairs to the roadway, guardrails, asphalt pad, storm pipes, concrete structures, unpaved shoulders, swales, drainage systems, and embankment washouts.
