Construction: – Polypropylene-coated inner wire – G alvanised steel outer wire – S tainless steel outer wire also available – Polypropylene bore – Thermoplastic layered wall – P VC-coated polyester cover, various colours Main Conveyances: – C orrosive acids and alkalis, aldehydes, amines, aliphatic, aromatic fuels, alcohol, esters, ketones, and petroleum products.
Coupling types available include: – B SP, NPT, all fl ange tables, cam & groove, lever couplings, Victaulic, hygienic fittings. Materials: – S teel, stainless steel, alloy, polypropylene, gunmetal, brass, Hastelloy Lengths: – Up to 20 metres. Working Temperature: – -30°C to +80°C Maximum Working Pressure: – 14 bar

Construction: – S tainless steel inner wire – Galvanised outer wire – S tainless steel outer wire also available – PTFE bore – Thermoplastic layered wall – P VC-coated polyester cover, various colours Main Conveyances: – G ives better chemical resistance than standard TechChem PG by the inclusion of PTFE bore fi lm. This also helps in restricting permeation of very searching solvents and gives added resistance when conveying concentrated sulphuric acid. In plant or tanker transfer of aggressive chemicals, PTFE lining offers clean bore transfer of product.
