Dear MAAG Americas Team:

Another year is finished! While we are waiting for the results of 2025, most of you have already started working on projects that will be shipped to our customers in 2026. As in the previous year, this year will largely depend on bookings and execution of orders we receive. The market has not yet recovered in late 2025 and we will have to do our best to give the sales team enough time to generate bookings for the year. The faster we can deliver our equipment, parts, and systems, the more orders we can still bring into 2026! It is therefore important that all of us work on improving our internal processes with the focus on speed and accuracy! OPEX will focus in the first months of the year on setting up a SIOP (Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning) process which will help us to better align resources to the required monthly shipments. Over time we should see an improvement on OTD (on-time delivery) and reduction in lead times. I hope for all of your continued dedication and contribution to further improve our business and help us set up for success once the market demand returns in full.

I wish you all a great start to the New Year and successful 2026!

Paul Merich

New Leader Transition: Kent Operations Team

Several members of the MAAG Kent team gathered off-site on December 8th and 9th for an impactful workshop welcoming Joe Wilcox as our new Operations Manager . Through honest dialogue and a focus on team dynamics, the group explored how to best collaborate and leverage their strengths to achieve our collective goals. Congratulations on your new position, Joe!

New Leader Transition: Eagle Rock Operations Team

The Maag EGR Operations Team completed a New Leader Transition workshop (including the use of assessments) to drive strong communication at minute one. This session was held January 8 – 9, 2026 at Wilderness Adventure in Craig County, VA. Time was spent getting to know ourselves better as leaders as we practiced building trust and working together as a team to solve challenges. This event formally introduced Siddarth Ramkumar as Eagle Rock's Director of Operations . The Ops team was presented with many problems to solve, and each individual brought their strengths forward, creating integrated learning moments. This shared experience set the stage for a constructive reset, focusing on achieving wins together, thus strengthening our ability to meet organizational goals. Congratulations, all, for the many wins experienced during this event, showing us how strong we are when we work together!

Safety Message

Employee Hobby Rugged Terrain and Gourmet Living Steve Amicarelli, Field Service Technician, Kent

For Steve, camping isn't about crowded RV parks or folding chairs on a gravel pad. It's about pushing further into the wilderness, clearing his own paths, and building a temporary civilization where others only see forest. Recent expeditions have taken him from the Carolina's to the rugged isolation of northern Michigan: • Uwharrie National Forest (NC/SC) - this is Steve's "home turf" for testing limits. Deep in the backcountry, finding a spot is half the battle. He and his friends spend much of the first day clearing fallen trees to make camp before hitting the 4-wheeler trails. While Steve and his friends might be miles from the nearest power line, thanks to Steve's meticulous setup, they aren't exactly "roughing it." His truck can be transformed into a fully self-contained habitat featuring a solar array backed by a generator and a 2000W Pure Sine Wave inverter for sensitive gear. For shelter, there is a rooftop tent for sleeping away from the mud, and a tankless hot water heater providing instant hot water showers after a long day of fun. Just because Steve sleeps in a tent doesn't mean he eats like an animal. Forget the canned beans; his kitchen operates on open flames and seasoned cast iron. Typically, the menu consists of steaks or lamb, roasted potatoes and grilled asparagus. Yum!

• Keweenaw Rocket Range (MI) - a true wilderness experience. Accessible only via technical dirt roads, they have camped at this historic launch site in complete isolation. No cell service, no neighbors – just the rig and the stars. • Cherokee Lake (TN) - this years' flagship expedition. With over 400 miles of shoreline, Steve and his friends are trading the dirt for the water, hauling jet skis to explore the massive reservoir and set up a mobile basecamp.

Big Mac Smash Taco Submitted by Taylor McFarlin, Sikora For the smashed tacos: 12 mini flour tortillas 1 lb. ground beef Salt & Pepper 1 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil 12 slices American cheese ½ white onion, finely diced 12 slices of pickles Iceberg lettuce, shredded Prepare the sauce by combining all the ingredients in a small bowl. Divide the meat into 12 equal portions and shape them into balls. Take a small flour tortilla and place a ball of ground beef on top. Flatten the beef until it covers the tortilla in a thin layer. Sprinkle with salt & pepper. Heat a pan over medium-high heat. Add ½ tsp of oil. Put the tortilla meat side down onto the pan. Use the back of a spatula or a burger press to press down, creating a smashed burger effect. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the ground beef is browned. For the sauce: ¼ cup Mayo 3Tbsp. Ketchup 1 Tbsp. Sweet Relish 1 tsp. Yellow mustard ½ tsp white vinegar ½ tsp sugar ¼ tsp paprika ¼ tsp garlic powder ¼ tsp onion powder

Hello MAAG/Sikora Family-

My name is Stefanie and I am the Staff Accountant/HR at Sikora Peachtree City, GA. Let me introduce you to my two youngest kids. My two oldest kids are human teenagers, and who wants to talk about teenagers? Ewe.. Am I right? Instead, let me introduce you to my cats, Ella and Bronx. Ella and Bronx, although you cannot tell by looking at them, are brother and sister. Ella is a Calico, and Bronx is a Shorthaired cat. Both cats are indoor cats and spend most of the day sleeping on the bed. They are 9 years old, and we have had them since they were 5 weeks old. They were found abandoned in a RV with their mom. A kind gentleman rescued them and advised us that these two could not be separated. Therefore, we were not getting one, but two kitties. Ella is a complete princess, and loves to cuddle and be loved, but only on her time. She will meow at us until we show her the love she is expecting. Bronx is a total cuddle bug. He loves to cuddle with you, especially if he is cold. He will sit on the couch with you forever. That is until you turn on the TV. For some reason, he is terrified of the TV. Ella has many fears as well with her biggest fear being thunder. She will crawl low to the ground as if the thunder is going to somehow get her. Despite all their quirks, Ella and Bronx are a big part of our family, and we love having them around. We all hope that we have many more years with both of them.

Flip the taco over so that the tortilla side is down. Place a slice of cheese on top and allow it to melt for about a minute. Remove from the heat. Add diced onion, shredded lettuce, pickles, and the sauce as toppings.
