Several members of the MAAG Kent team gathered off-site on December 8th and 9th for an impactful workshop welcoming Joe Wilcox as our new Operations Manager . Through honest dialogue and a focus on team dynamics, the group explored how to best collaborate and leverage their strengths to achieve our collective goals.
