Dear MAAG Americas Team:
Another year is finished! While we are waiting for the results of 2025, most of you have already started working on projects that will be shipped to our customers in 2026. As in the previous year, this year will largely depend on bookings and execution of orders we receive. The market has not yet recovered in late 2025 and we will have to do our best to give the sales team enough time to generate bookings for the year. The faster we can deliver our equipment, parts, and systems, the more orders we can still bring into 2026! It is therefore important that all of us work on improving our internal processes with the focus on speed and accuracy! OPEX will focus in the first months of the year on setting up a SIOP (Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning) process which will help us to better align resources to the required monthly shipments. Over time we should see an improvement on OTD (on-time delivery) and reduction in lead times. I hope for all of your continued dedication and contribution to further improve our business and help us set up for success once the market demand returns in full.
