Each role is designed to provide the highest level of care while keeping treatment personal and human. Our Team Includes: Co-Founders and Leadership: A family-run leadership team that brings vision, accountability, and a mission rooted in personal experience with recovery. Clinical Director and Therapists: Licensed therapists and clinicians (LCSWs, LCMHCs, and more) who provide individual therapy, group work, and evidence-based treatment tailored to each client. Medical Director and Psychiatry Team: A physician, psychiatrist, and nursing staff who oversee health needs, medication management, and integrated medical care. Program and Operations Directors: Professionals who ensure that every detail of programming and day-to-day operations runs smoothly, creating a safe and structured environment. Peer Recovery Coaches and Case Managers: Team members with lived experience who walk alongside clients, offering mentorship, accountability, and real-world guidance. Recreational and Experiential Specialists: Staff who lead outdoor therapy, skill-building, and adventure-based activities that make recovery hands-on and memorable.
