Acquired Skills Animal Care Kennel maintenance: cleaning and maintaining kennels to ensure a safe and hygienic environ- ment for animals. Feeding: preparing healthy meals for cats and dogs. Animal Handling: taking dogs out for potty breaks and providing then with love and care. Fleet Maintenance Oil Changes: Performing oil changes and replac- ing oil filters. Tires: Checking and replacing tires or repairing them. Brakes: Inspecting and replacing brakes. Public Safety Radio Shop: Radios: Observed installation and maintenance of radios. Office: Helped with office tasks assigned by management including attending meetings, taking notes and conducting research.

The FLAME Program Participating in the FLAME Program was a valuable and rewarding experience. I greatly enjoyed the training classes and learned a wide range of skills. The job coaches were supportive and always there to help and provided guidance when needed. The training increased my confidence, especially in public speaking, and helped me grow both person- ally and professionally.
