Bernalillo County Housing • Worked at public housing units, supporting day-to-day operations. • Assisted at the front desk by helping resi- dents, answering questions, and providing information. • Gained experience working with the Home Rehab Program and supporting staff with program tasks. • Built strong customer service skills through daily interaction with residents and communi- ty members. • Developed a better understanding of housing services and community support programs. Bernalillo County Animal Care • Worked at the front desk, greeting visitors and assisting with questions. • Helped community members with adoption inquiries, lost and found information, and general services. • Participated in outreach activities to support animal welfare education and community engagement. • Provided compassionate customer service to both the public and pet owners. • Gained experience in communication, team- work, and supporting shelter operations.
