Lincoln Property Company handles the management and leasing for a major owner/occupier with Rick Genthe , senior VP, serv- ing as the leasing representa- tive for Parsippany Commerce Center. The new leases recently com- pleted at Parsippany Com- merce Center include: Aerotek, Inc. in a relocation and expan- sion, signed a long-term lease for 21,864 s/f. Aerotek was represented locally by Char- lie Parmelli of Cushman & Wakefield of NJ. • Simon & Schuster, a CBS Corporation and one of the larg- est consumer publishing com- pany in the world renewed its lease for 13,645 s/f and was rep- resented by the team of Paul Giannone, & Paul Hindes of Cushman & Wakefield. • CHA, Inc. leased 5,995 s/f. CHA, Inc. was represented by Chris Conklin & Jason Ben- son of JLL • Macro Consulting Group a financial planning company headed by Mark Cortazzo, relo- cated and expanded their space at 1639 Rte. 10 and now occupy a total 7,958 s/f. Marco Consult- ing Group was also represented by Conklin & Benson of JLL. • One Legacy Financial re- located from Bridgewater and leased 4,650 s/f on the second floor and was represented by Suzanne Kiall of Suzanne Kiall & Associates . • Application Consulting Group renewed their lease con- sisting of approximately 4,492 s/f .
