P ITTSBURGH, PA — MassaroProperties, LLC announced the completion of one new lease and two returning tenants at Campbells Run Business Center (CRBC) in Robinson Township. 180Medical Supply, one of America’s fastest growing, nationally accredited provid- ers of sterile-use catheters, ostomy and disposablemedi- cal supplies, is now leasing 2,534 s/f of office/flex space inCRBCBuilding 500.Mas- saroPropertiessalesassociate Lisa Tiche acted as a dual

demand for office space be- cause—especially in Greater Philadelphia—there is not an endless supply of developable land. To enable us to further ex- pand our footprint and offer a greater inventory selection to current and prospective clients, we decided to keep our storied 90-year path of new construction but also veer in a new direction: strategic acquisitions of office and flex properties in desirable loca- tions. We recently had our first foray into the acquisitions realm. On November 22, Hen- derson officially acquired five buildings of professional space totaling 250,000 s/f in New- town Square, PA from Bran- dywine REIT for $42 million. All but one of the buildings are currently occupied.

This milestone positions us for viable future expansion into nearby sub-markets and puts us on our way to meet- ing our goal of expanding our portfolio to eight to 10 million s/f over the next 10 years. Was taking the leap into a new business venture scary? Of course. Was it worth it? Most definitely. Our clients’ needs are constantly changing and to truly be the premier workplace provider, we have a responsibility to grow and evolve with them to ensure we can meet their needs. At Henderson, we couldn’t be happier that we made good on our commitment and are moving full steam ahead for our next 90 years. Mark W. Eisenhardt is Senior vice president & director of marketing at The Henderson Group. n

well for us. We own and oper- ate a portfolio of more than three million s/f of property occupied by more than 250 tenants, in addition to 200 acres of developable land. We love being able to customize offices for our clients so they can work as efficiently and productively as possible. It would have been easy for us to go with the flow and keep our focus solely on new con- struction. But like any good business, we have goals and ours is to be the premier work- place provider in the region. We determined our company needed a strategic growth plan to identify tangible steps to achieve that goal. It didn’t take long to realize that by simply continuing down the same path, we would not be able to meet the growing
