on a Residence Inn by Mar- riott hotel, part of the mixed- use Crossings at Conestoga Creek development across from Long's Park in Manheim Township. East Lampeter Township- based High Real Estate Group LLC , a subsidiary of High Companies , is develop- ing the Crossings project. In addition to the 127-room hotel, the development will include 258 luxury apartments and 210,000 s/f of retail and restaurant space. A Wegmans grocery store will be the development's anchor tenant. Wegmans is set to open in August 2018. Other tenants haven't been announced. High officials declined to disclose the construction costs, but said the hotel is slated to open in the first quarter of 2019. High Construction Co. is handling the construc- tion. The Crossings project is not far from the Shoppes at Belmont development, a mixed-use project opening next year off the Fruitville Pike. Belmont also is in Man- heim Township. Both developments have been in the works for more than a decade. n Cushman&Wakefield represents seller in 390,000 s/f sale YORK, PA — Cushman & Wakefield ’s Pennsylvania industrial team has orches- trated the sale of 2925 East Market St. in York. STAG York, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of STAG Industrial, Inc. purchased the 390,000 s/f industrial property from Al- liance Partners HSP for $19 million. Cushman &Wakefield represented the seller. “Alliance Partners added value through renovations and securing tenancy,” said Gerard Blinebury , executive director, who led the Cushman &Wake- field team of Joseph Hill, Jr., Pat McBride and Robert Yoshimura . “STAG York, LLC has the opportunity to continue to add value as they lease up the balance of this facility.” Cushman & Wakefield has been engaged by the buyer to market the remaining 135,000 s/f. n
