ittlestown, PA — Littlestown Village Apartments was recent- ly purchased by Seven Hills Littlestown LLC from 110 NJL LLC. The 44 unit apartment complex, located in Adams County, was sold for $50,000 per unit. The property, taken over by a New York investment banking firm in 2015, was man- aged and repositioned for sale by NAI CIR . Capital improve- ments were under taken, oc- cupancy stabilized, and rental rates were increased for the formerly distressed asset. Nathan Kranz of NAI CIR, L

cooperating with Cliff Mos- kovitz of NAI Global’s New York City office, guided the property to market. Kranz rep- resented both the seller and the buyer in the transaction. In a separate transaction, The 2,000 s/f retail property located at 716 Erie St. in Dau- phin County was purchased by Carl Heininger from Paul and Lynn Speck.
