Visions For Equality, a tenured tenant at the property, entered into a new long term renewal agree- ment for over 10,000 s/f at the project. LISC also executed a long term renewal of their lease for over 3,900 s/f. In the last transaction, The Philadel- phia Education Fund signed a lease for over 4,400 s/f on the 7th floor of the property. The Philadelphia Education fund was represented by Joe Vit- erello of Perna Frederick Real Estate . TDK Commercial Advisors acted as sole broker in the former two transactions. Kramer stated that “The Cast Iron takes great pride in retain- ing its tenants and attracting leading area industries. Many of our existing tenants have been in the property for many years. These latest transactions are a testament to the qual- ity of building ownership and management”. At 1730 Walton Rd., Blue Bell, TDK Commercial repre- sented the landlord in leasing two spaces to new tenants. RGIS and Carmanico Maguire Associates will lease nearly 2,000 s/f at the property. 1730 Walton Rd. is a 30,000 s/f of- fice building that recently un- derwent some comprehensive building renovations. RGIS was represented by CRESA and Carmanico Maguire Associates was represented by West Cor- porate Partners . n JLL completes sale and financing for Jenkintown’s One &TwoPitcairnPlace Jenkintown, PA — JLL ’s Capital Markets experts announced the completed sale and financing of One & Two Pitcairn Place, a two building, class A office complex in Jen- kintown. Joss Realty Partners purchased the 98,057 s/f com- plex from Pitcairn Properties for $12.1 million, with JLL having secured $9.225 million in acquisition financing from Beneficial Bank . Managing director James Galbally and senior vice pres- ident Brett Grifo led the transaction along with help from senior VPs Erin Miller and John Plower. Senior vice president Chad Orcutt secured the acquisition financ- ing for Joss Realty Partners. n

Stylelabs, a technology compa- ny who is presently a tenant at the park has agreed to expand their presence by 2,400 s/f and entered into a long term exten- sion. Kramer acted as sole bro- ker in the transaction. Kramer remarked that “We continue to experience incredible leas- ing momentum at the King Of Prussia Business Center, these most recent transactions bring occupancy to over 80%.
