CREW LV Legacy Summit Presents Life Strategies Fogelsville, PA — Al- most 130 members and guests of CREW Lehigh Valley at- tended a half day summit in early November, Navigating Life in Challenging Times. An initiative of a committee of past presidents of the Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) of the Lehigh Valley, the third-an- nual Legacy Summit featured dynamic, and highly-regarded speakers who have encountered life challenges; navigated their way to the other side; and were willing to share the lessons they have learned. CREW Lehigh Valley is a local chapter of the CREW Network, an organization dedi- cated to advancing the success of women in real estate with 10,000 members in more than 70 markets.

Returning to the Legacy Summit for the third year by popular de- mand, Dr. Micah Sadigh presented “The Broken Compass” strategies to keep moving forward when your expectations and values have turned upside down. He is a mem- ber of the Psychology Department at Cedar Crest College, Allentown, and the author of five books.
2017 CREWLV President Kristin Holmes emceed the event, and gave a warm welcome to CREW members from the Philadelphia and New Jersey Chapters.

Wendy Mann, CEO of the national CREW Network and President of the CREW Net- work Foundation, presented a CREW white paper on gender bias and the compensation gap often seen between men and women holding similar positions. She described an action plan to achieve parity.
Shelley Brown, President and CEO of the State Theater of the Arts in Easton shared “What I Learned.” Her take-away was to pursue life with passion, pur- pose, kindness, and persistence.
