Community Visits The City of Midland’s Talent Division of Human Relations and Development is excited to announce a new partnership with Skillpoint Alliance, an organization that offers free Pre- Apprenticeship Electrical and HVAC Technician classes. As part of this collaboration, our team recently attended a Skillpoint Alliance graduation to celebrate the achievements of these hardworking individuals. Supporting workforce development is a priority for the City of Midland, and we take great pride in seeing our community grow and succeed.
