The Midland Police Department held its 33rd-annual Awards Banquet on March 27 at the Bush Convention Center. The event included entertainment from the Dueling Piano Eighty Eights Show. Awards included the Medal of Service, the Distinguished Service Medal and the Medal of Valor.
