Summer Splash nierembergias are a great addition to any planter. They will not take over other material, but instead grow nicely to complement the other plants. When growing Summer Splash, it is best to keep it on the drier side, as it has a fine root system that can dampen off if kept too wet in the beginning. Plants also like a higher light intensity, as well as good air movement to keep them dry. A pinch once rooted will go a long way with helping to fill out the container. Once Summer Splash is well established, it will thrive all summer long with lots of blooms.
