Europe 2026 We do the hard work so you don’t have to
www.albatrosstravel.com
Welcome to our Europe 2026 Brochure After a successful year of continental holidays and strong load factors, I’m delighted to hear that many of you are continuing to see this booking trend for 2025, and I hope it continues into 2026 and beyond. In light of this, our team of Contract Managers has worked tirelessly to bring fresh ideas for 2026. While we aim to provide itineraries that showcase the best of each destination, we also recognise the growing demand for flexibility in travel plans and with this in mind, we’re introducing a new feature called “My Time.” This allows guests plenty of free time to relax and explore towns and resorts at their own pace, while still offering quality sightseeing opportunities and optional excursions for a perfectly balanced holiday. I hope you enjoy browsing the content and contacting your Account Manager to obtain dates and quotes or just find out more.
Why book with us? Free Single Room for your Driver * As long as you meet supplier minimum numbers. *Excludes River Cruises & Air Tours. We Go the Extra Mile We have dedicated sales and operations teams to support you and we take the time to understand your business, we strive to be an extension of your own team. We tailor our products to match your requirements and no matter your size, 1 tour or 50 tours, you are equally important to us. 24 Hour Helpline Number Our helpline is available for all drivers and couriers, should any element of the tour not go as planned. Additionally we text drivers (where we have the mobile number) to check all is well and remind them of the help line number. Visit, Inspect & Grade We visit, inspect and grade every hotel in our brochure to assess its suitability for coach tourism and to help you select the most appropriate hotel for your customers. Team of Contract Managers Our team of Contract Managers are dedicated to specific geographical areas, with some based in the areas they contract, so our product knowledge is second to none! They buy allocations in the vast majority of locations, Even though it is not a legal requirement, Albatross Travel sets aside advance payments, made by you to us, until your tour is completed. This reflects the undertaking and protection that you must in turn, provide to your passengers. The only exceptions to this are prepayments that are made in advance to suppliers or that have been received on a non-refundable basis. making your transaction effortless. Your Money is Safe with us
Things to remember Pricing We have decided to produce this brochure with no prices. Our Account Managers can discuss sea crossings, overnights and other ad hoc factors, when you request a quote, to tailor make them to your requirements. Suggested Itinerary This means that we are providing you with ideas for a tour that we would be happy to arrange for you if you wish. The Sales Team can provide you with a revised quotation price, based on any tour ideas that you feel would best suit your customer base. We would then arrange guided tours, purchase of tickets and payment of entrance fees on your behalf. Additional Hotels We only have room in the brochure to feature some of our hotels. We have reserved space at many more. Please give our Sales Team a call. Overnight Hotels Please see page 5 for details. Low Emissions Zones & Access Regulation New zones are regularly being introduced into towns and cities across Europe so please check before costing and operating your tour. If you are touring in Italy, you need to be aware of the restrictions that exist entering towns and cities. These can vary considerably across the country. ZTLs (Zona Traffico Limitato) are zones which restrict entry and circulation at certain times and affect all vehicles including local ones. In order to avoid unexpected fines, you need to get a permit ahead of crossing a ZTL. Signage for these zones is not always clear, so we recommend you find out ahead of travel if you are likely to cross them. Visit: https://urbanaccessregulations.eu/countries-mainmenu-147/italy-mainmenu-81 For information about driving regulations, low emission zones and access regulations across Europe visit: https://urbanaccessregulations.eu/countries-mainmenu-147 We will not be held liable for any penalties, tickets or charges that result from entry into towns and cities with low emission zones and/or access regulations. Drivers Hours EU Regulation 561/2006 is transcribed into UK law and still applies. Our itineraries are created with drivers’ regulations in mind and we look to comply with daily driving, break and rest requirements.

Our Hotels & Products
All of our hotels are individually selected for their high standards of group-friendliness, cleanliness and quality of customer service . These attributes are essential requirements for all our products. The majority of our hotels also provide porterage and some provide a welcome drink as ‘standard’. These aren’t listed in our descriptions, so please check your quote for the full list of specific hotel inclusions . In terms of access, the majority of our hotels also have ground floor bedrooms or lift access. On the few occasions where this is not the case, we endeavour to ensure accessibility for all, or advise otherwise if this is not the case. We have a range of logos to help highlight aspects of hotels, tours or types of holidays, making it easier for you to browse through the brochure, so keep an eye out for these, including the examples below. For 2026, we have introduced a new one called My Time ; this ensures a more leisurely stay allowing plenty of free time to relax and explore towns or resorts at your own pace, whilst still delivering quality sightseeing and optional excursions for a perfectly balanced holiday.

Overnight Hotels
Mercure Liege City Centre
We do not include any overnight hotels as standard on our European tours, as we recognise that you all have different preferences when it comes to your route. Travelling from the UK into Europe has a vital impact upon the comfort and experience of your passengers, and overnight hotels remain a critical part of any longer European itinerary, as they are both one of the first and last memories of the holiday, which means they can dramatically influence customers’ overall holiday satisfaction. In recognition of this, we have a wide range of carefully selected properties across Europe that are ideal for groups, offering you options for your route planning. These hotels are a mix of different standards, which cater for a range of budgets and requirements and may often be located on or nearer to the outskirts of towns, making them more convenient for arrival and onward travel.

How to Get There
By RAIL
Rail is a great alternative to the traditional ferry crossing, especially if time is more critical or you are looking for a different route or method of travel. With the popularity of rail travel on the rise, not only does Le Shuttle remain a popular choice for travel across the channel – with a crossing time of 35 minutes and up to 4 departures per hour - but we can also arrange Eurostar travel for your passengers direct from London St Pancras to several destinations within northern Europe and if necessary, beyond. Using the now expanded services offered by Eurostar, why not consider this option for your programme to the following destinations: • Paris • Lille • Brussels • Rotterdam • Amsterdam • Cologne For details of itineraries available by rail, please look for the logo on pages
ALSO AVAILABLE BY TRAIN
By AIR
For groups travelling to some of the further-flung destinations that we offer, why not consider sending your groups by air. We have a long track record of working with major national and international carriers to multiple destinations within Europe and beyond. Balanced against the transportation and overnight costs, this can often be an effective option,
and also keeps a vehicle free to go on another tour at the same time. For details of itineraries available by air, please look for the logo on pages

Welcome to River Cruises
At Albatross Travel, we pride ourselves on the knowledge and experience of our Contract Managers and their understanding of coach group travel. It’s true to say that they live and breathe their areas and have a real passion for creating innovative and varied products.
The Danube
Introducing Jodie Bell, Contract Manager & River Cruise Specialist Jodie says… “River cruising is a rapidly growing market, offering great value for money and the opportunity of visiting several destinations or even countries but only having to unpack once! If you are interested in offering River Cruising to your customers but are new to cruising, we recommend a ‘Port-to-Port’ Cruise, meaning you will embark and disembark at the same location. We can then offer excursions including coaching, so your coach will be used for the transfers to/from the port. We can tailor-make each quote to your requirements.” Jodie recommends… “We have managed to secure an exclusive departure for a Rhine in Flames cruise, where the ship will actually be part of the Rhine in Flames flotilla! We are one of only a very few who can offer this cruise to their passengers! See page 12 for more details.” The rivers cruises featured in this section are just a flavour of what we can offer, and we have partnerships with a range of river cruise companies. If there is something else you are interested in that is not featured, please contact your Account Manager for more details or inspiration. The map below showcases a choice of rivers you can sail on, but we can also arrange cruises on the Adriatic along the Croatian coast, the Mekong travelling through Vietnam & Cambodia and even on Lake Kariba for a South African Safari Cruise!
