Our Contracting Team Each of our Contract Managers are destination specialists and have years of experience in finding and contracting hotels who welcome guests who arrive by coach, in the UK & Europe. They take great pride and delight in creating and developing new itineraries, with you and your customers in mind.
They don’t sit on their laurels, and are always on the look out for new ideas or places to visit and how to enhance the excellent relationships they have built up with suppliers.

Our Hotels & Products
All of our hotels are individually selected for their high standards of group-friendliness, cleanliness and quality of customer service . These attributes are essential requirements for all our products. The majority of our hotels also provide porterage and some provide a welcome drink as ‘standard’. These aren’t listed in our descriptions, so please check your quote for the full list of specific hotel inclusions . In terms of access, the majority of our hotels also have ground floor bedrooms or lift access. On the few occasions where this is not the case, we endeavour to ensure accessibility for all, or advise otherwise if this is not the case. We have a range of logos to help highlight aspects of hotels, tours or types of holidays, making it easier for you to browse through the brochure, so keep an eye out for these, including the examples below. For 2026, we have introduced a new one called My Time ; this ensures a more leisurely stay allowing plenty of free time to relax and explore towns or resorts at your own pace, whilst still delivering quality sightseeing and optional excursions for a perfectly balanced holiday.
