VITRIFICATION AND FIRING Thanks to vitrification processes that make the structure of porcelain dense, strong, and water - proof, we elevate its durability to the highest level with a 0% water absorption rate on unglazed surfaces under vacuum. SCRATCH RESISTANT GLAZING Pioli’s SR01 glossy and SR03 matte glazes are engineered to resist scratches from everyday use, staying smooth even against minerals up to 5.5 on the Mohs scale.
