We are excited to celebrate the successful completion of the Registered Telecommunications Project Manager® (RTPM®) Job Task Analysis (JTA), a major milestone that strengthens the future of the credential! A Job Task Analysis is a structured, collaborative process used to identify and validate the real-world tasks, knowledge, and skills required to perform successfully in a specific role. For RTPM, it ensures the credential reflects current telecommunications project management practices and evolving industry expectations. The JTA is a critical cornerstone of BICSI’s credentialing, training, and publications program, serving as the authoritative framework for validating skills and competencies. This achievement was made possible by the dedication, expertise, and collaboration of an outstanding group of volunteers who came together to shape the future of RTPM.
