We are developing three major new
neighbourhoods located at key strategic gateways across Manchester City
Centre and Salford: ‘New Jackson’ near
Deansgate, ‘Colliers Yard’ in Greengate, and ‘Trinity Island’ located on the bank of the River Irwell. Each neighbourhood will feature commercial and social infrastructure, exceptional residential amenities, thoughtfully designed public spaces, and green areas for both residents and the public to enjoy. As the majority landowner in each location, we are leading the transformation in creating these new city centre districts.
